Part III
When spirituality calls, we should not ignore it. This is a calling for us to align and start experiencing our True Selves.
The year of 2024 started in Brazil with our wedding! It was also a year of spiritual development, integrating many facts and concepts about myself and the existence. Many things happened inside my mind and I read a lot and learned a lot.
After quitting the job in the corporate world, I decided to travel alone to Asia. I booked a ticket to India and enrolled in a 100 hours Yoga course in Pune. India, a super spiritual place, has a different energy and connection to the Gods. More than that, it is the meditation cradle. I had great experiences during meditation. In one of them a sort of energy manifested in front of my eyes and it was like a star shining in white and blue.
Among many other concepts, I learned about Bhakti Yoga, the Yoga of devotion. Trusting the Divine will without even knowing where the road takes you. I also learned about samadhi, a state of complete concentration and peace of mind. I wanted to achieve this and I wanted to do it in the Himalayas. So after India I took a flight to Kathmandu, Nepal.
I booked a trekking in the North-West range of the Himalayas, to the remote Tsum Valley in the border of Tibet and to a mountain called Manaslu. I spent 18 days walking inside the valley and among those perfect snowy mountains. It was a transforming experience for me.
I went by myself, but had the companion of a dear guide. We talked and laughed a lot through the way, but I also had many hours of intense introspection, a true walking meditation.
I felt a deep connection with nature and I did achieve states of samadhi. It felt magical. The energy of the Himalayan mountains are truly special. The mountains taught me things in meditation and I felt my intuition extremely active. Not only this, but I also felt like nature around me was responding to my own thoughts. It is hard for someone to describe the positive power of those mountains. All I can say is: my experiences are told in details in the book I wrote and independently published, called “Meu Diário dos Himalaias” – so far available only in Portuguese.
While walking, I came to the conclusion that life for me didn’t need to follow the capitalistic standards anymore. I realized that in reality we need very little. My heart was getting ready to live off-grid, and my soul was suffering at the moment I had to leave the Himalayas behind.
Because unfortunately it was not that time that I just stayed forever in the Himalayas. I missed Till (my husband) and Linus (my dog) too much, so I went back to Berlin, where I reunited with my beloved family.
When I arrived in Berlin, I was in a completely different vibration than the city. I was genuinely positive like my soul had been nurturing from the energy of the mountains. Berlin is a cool city, but also energetically heavy.
One day, while I was in India, a video showed up to me. It was about Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. At that moment something resonated with me. I entered Mario’s profile and saw that he was from Frankfurt. I knew I should do that regression. I was a bit worried, but I had always wanted to do a hypnosis, so I booked it without thinking and analysing too much.
One month before the appointment I was learning and practicing how to establish a connection to my Higher Self. I was daily mentalizing “I keep a clear and direct connection to my Higher Self”. During this kind of regression, you let go of your ego and open space for your Higher Self to speak through you.
Here, the Higher Self is your consciousness beyond time and physical body. The Higher Self is your soul speaking to you. It has no division of past, present or future. It is united with the universal consciousness. When the study of quantum physics connects to spirituality, the meaning of infinite leads to a path in forever motion, where everything starts and goes back to the Source.
This Source, that connects every kind of life throughout the Universe... this point of maximal power of creation... is what we call God.
God is not what some humans have been teaching in churches, schools or institutions. God is definitely not a white man with superpowers judging the living and the dead directly from heaven.
God is unconditional love and pure light. An energy force that connect us to our maximal potential on Earth and lead us to our true paths.
The challenge for us humans is combating the kleshas – the afflictions of the mind – one by one, every single day. The path is what matters the most, not the final destination.
Sintonizing to my Higher Self opened a new channel inside me. The veil of forgetting dropped and my frequency changed. I shifted into creator mode. I got awareness of the fear that had been paralysing me and making me literally sick. I learned from my Higher Self how to heal my body and how to focus and redirect my energy toward my energy centers, bringing stability back to my body.
We are indeed divine beings, and my mission with sharing my story is to propagate this knowledge, helping people to find a better life for them like I did. Aligned with our true essences and destinies.
