Guta Soares
is a yoga teacher with extensive knowledge of Yogi philosophy and two certifications in India, in Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. In addition, she has experienced Yoga in Bali, where she learned various meditation techniques and ecstatic dance. Her mission is to spread knowledge of this ancient practice in her homeland, helping people to better understand their emotions and access their Sacred consciousness.
Yoga is a sacred meeting with oneself. It is in the silence of the breath that the heart finds peace and the mind learns to rest. With each practice, the body grows stronger, the mind becomes clearer, and the soul expands. Yoga teaches us to live with greater presence, awareness, and unconditional love. It guides us toward balance, awakens gratitude, and reminds us that true strength comes from within. May each posture be a prayer in motion. May each breath be an act of surrender. May each practice be a return to the divine that lives within us.
